INSURANCE
I am currently in-network with several insurance companies through Headway.co. Please visit their website to determine your insurance coverage. If your insurance is not listed on Headway.co, but your coverage includes out-of-network benefits, I would be happy to provide you with an itemized bill after each session which you can then submit to your insurance company for partial or full reimbursement. Many insurance companies with out-of-network benefits reimburse up to 70-80% of fees.
You can see if you have out-of-network coverage by logging into your insurance company's website or by calling the number on the back of your insurance card. Here is a step-by-step guide with a list of questions to ask in case.
I am also able to see clients for free through Lyra Health, an Employee Assistance Program which partners with many NY and NJ based companies to offer 15-25 free therapy sessions to their employees and eligible dependents. SLIDING SCALE
Under extenuating financial circumstances, I offer a sliding scale fee schedule. This is arranged between the client and myself on a case-by-case basis.
**Please note I am not currently taking on any new sliding scale clients.**
Biweekly appointments (every other week) are available as needed, and can help reduce the costs of therapy when finances are a consideration.
